Traditional DK weight, soft and lustrous
The main factor determining the quality of merino wool is its softness which depends upon the fineness of the fibres. Extrafine merino (19.5 microns) is some of the finest bases. This results in a supersoft yarn that feels gentle against the skin.

Suggested Needles/Hook Sizes:

3.5 - 4.5 mm (US 4 - 7) and E - G Hook

Approx. Gauge (stocking stitch):

22 sts x 30 rows over 10 cm/4 inches on 4 mm (US 6) needles

Care Instructions:

Hand wash using a wool detergent, ideally below 30°C, avoid wringing and twisting. Dry flat out of direct sunlight, do not spin or tumble dry.
