Return policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items you’re not happy with or are damaged (own expense) excluding ‘custom dye orders’, on sale items and gift cards. For the ‘custom dye orders’ if the order is damaged you should contact us by email first and provide photos of the items.

The items you want to return must be in the same condition that you received it, unwound or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, plus the proof of purchase.

Pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package.

If using CN22 customs docket, please label the shipment as 'Return'.

You should post your package at a post office and obtaining the proof of postage.

Please contact us if the item(s) is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) providing photos of the damaged item(s).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any item(s) of your purchased order, send us an email. Returning item(s) for an exchange are with own expense.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we let you know if the refund was approved and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please give a min 3 business day time depending on your payment service for the refund.
